  1. InLattice is a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time
  2. Document Count - Whenever invoices, purchase orders and payment information documents are sent to/received from the trading partner or bills are posted to the accounting package it is considered one document
  3. When documents are sent/received, only one party, either the vendor or the customer pays, depending on who subscribes to InLattice
  4. Subscription Fee is charged on sign on and at the beginning of every month
  5. There is no charge for viewing, printing or approving documents. There is no charge for attachments or notes
